Frank J. Dubeck, Jr., MD, FACP, CPE, FACPE, is the Medical Director at Change Healthcare. Dr. Dubeck is a board-certified internist and geriatrician with 20 years of clinical experience. In his role at Change Healthcare, he is responsible for the clinical validity of the ClaimsXten™ and ClaimCheck® products and leads the clinical team in new edit development and business maintenance. Previously, Dr. Dubeck spent 17 years as CMO for Medical Policy and Clinical Editing for Excellus BCBS, responsible for medical policy and all clinical editing appeals.
Chrissy Finn, RN, BSN, MSN, is the Director of InterQual® Content Products for Change Healthcare. She is responsible for managing and defining product enhancements and ensuring the overall success of InterQual content in the market. For the last ten years, Ms. Finn has worked with the InterQual Clinical Content teams, primarily overseeing the level of care product. She has a clinical background in cardiac surgical critical care.
Amy Larsson, RN, BSN, MBA, is the Vice President of Value Consulting and Solution Design at Change Healthcare, and has spent more than 30 years in the healthcare industry. In previous roles, Ms. Larson led Change Healthcare’s Clinical Claims Management solution suite; designed solutions for bundled payments; and advanced solutions in analytics and claim auditing. She has a clinical background in pediatric nursing and transplantation services.
Timothy McKnight, MD, MSHM, is the Vice President of MD Value Consulting at Change Healthcare. Dr. McKnight most recently served as a Senior Medical Director for MultiPlan, focused on billing, utilization and coding compliance. Previously, he was a Physician Medical Executive at St. John’s Medical Center and led the establishment of a pediatric hospitalist program.
