About the Presenters
Matt Eyles, President and CEO, AHIP - Matt leads AHIP in fulfilling its mission and vision: expanding access to affordable health care coverage to all Americans through a competitive marketplace that fosters choice, quality, and innovation. He joined AHIP in 2015 and led its Policy & Regulatory Affairs team and then served as Chief Operating Officer before his appointment as President and CEO.
Matt has more than two decades of health care experience in the private sector and in government. He has led teams at Fortune 200 health care companies in diverse roles—including public policy, government affairs, advocacy and corporate communications—with both a U.S. and global focus.
Joe Fifer, President and CEO, HFMA - Prior to assuming this position in 2012, Joe spent 11 years as vice president of hospital finance at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, MI. He also spent time with McLaren Health Care Corporation (Flint, MI) as vice president of finance and with Ingham Regional Medical Center (Lansing, MI) as senior vice president of finance and CFO. Joe started his career with nine years at Ernst & Young, also in Michigan.
An HFMA member since 1983, he served as Chair of the Board of Directors, two terms as a board member, and as a chapter president. He has received HFMA's Medal of Honor, and the Follmer Bronze, Reeves Silver, and Muncie Gold merit awards.

Bill Krause, Vice President of Consumer Experience, Change Healthcare – Bill has served the healthcare industry for more than 12 years, and currently leads innovation and solution development for patient and member experience management solutions at Change Healthcare.
